We met Kathryn randomly at an open house.
Although she was young she was engaged knowledgeable friendly and not annoying (LOL!) so I decided we'd give it a shot. We put her through the mill in our home search for 5 months. Our needs were very specific so it took awhile. If we had a question she did not have an answer for she talked with other agents or whomever was needed to get the information. She had no problem flat out saying " I don't know" but she always came back with the information we needed. If she was out of town there was always someone available to show us a house. Kathryn is easy going doesn't get riled up easily and stayed optimistic throughout our long process. She also has a significant amount of general knowledge as she has grown up with a father who invests in properties. Can't say thank you enough to her for her patience and friendship through this process.

I originate mortgages so I know that side of things but was unfamiliar with the realtor side.
